Siobhán is delighted to join the Lads in Mack Fleetwood to portray Stevie Nicks, having formerly taken the role of Christine in another Mac tribute band, Fleetwood Mick, in the last Millenium!!!
as LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM
Fleetwood Mac has had two out standing singer/guitarists in their line up. Originally Peter Green played the blues- then Lindsey Buckingham brought a new era to the band with Stevie Nicks. Buckingham introduced country, folk and rock styles to the band using alternate tunings, slide guitar and an incredible finger playing technique. Buckingham’s vocals and all the lead guitar duties in Mack Fleetwood are covered by Conor. Hailing from Wicklow, Conor has played in numerous covers, tributes and original bands over the years through out Ireland. Constantly writing and recording his own material- he also builds, repairs and modifies guitars.
as CHRISTINE McVIE
Christine McVie has written and sang many of the bands biggest hits, contributing to the phenomenal success of Fleetwood Mac. Christine’s role in Mack Fleetwood is played by Maureen, a truly outstanding vocalist.
Maureen has been singing and playing guitar in front of audiences from the tender age of 12. Working in the cabaret and corporate scene, she has perfected her craft working alongside and sharing the stage with such well known performers as Brendan Grace with whom she toured for two years, Dickie Rock, Red Hurley and June Rogers to name but a few.
Maureen has appeared on Kenny Live, The Late Late Show and sang in The National Song Contest in 1994. More recently she was featured singing and playing live along with Graham on the East Coast Radio Morning Show.
Maureen joined Mack Fleetwood just over a year ago and, not only loves the music of Fleetwood Mac but she loves playing the character of Christine McVie.
as JOHN McVIE
Mirroring their on stage alto-egos of Mick Fleetwood and John Mcvie, Ciaran and Graham are the founder members of Mack Fleetwood.Graham learned his craft playing bass over many years in a wide variety of blues and rock bands. He has extensively toured the UK theatre, college & club circuit, and France and Scandanavia. His gig itinerary includes such iconic venues as the world famous Marquee in Wardour Street.Graham's credits include playing bass with the legendary classic twin guitar band Wishbone Ash in the UK and France on their 2003-2004 European tour.He recently moved to Ireland from UK, where he studied a Higher Diploma in Bass at Europe’s leading Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP). Before departing London he held down the bass role in The Firehouse Blues Band playing alongside Nigel Watson of Peter Green’s Splinter Group. So Mack Fleetwood was a natural evolution. Graham has recently appeared on live radio broadcasts, playing bass on 96FM and playing acoustic guitar and singing live with Maureen on East Coast Radio's flagship Morning Show
as MICK FLEETWOOD
Mick Fleetwood was, along with Peter Green and John McVie, one of the founding fathers of Fleetwood Mac. Mick alone has kept the show on the road throughout the many trials, tribulations and personal changes of the band. Truth is often stranger than fiction and similarly Ciarán’s role in Mack Fleetwood has mirrored that of his alter ego.Ciarán is a powerhouse of a drummer and along with Graham emulates the iconic Fleetwood/McVie rhythm section and engine room of the band. At the age of 9, Ciarán started playing drums in a local pipe band. By his teens he had evolved to the full drum kit and was self taught. He honed his skills playing in various local indie & alternative bands in the Dublin/Wicklow area, including Etch and The Flow.
Ciarán formed Mack Fleetwood with Graham in 2010. It was to be a long and interesting journey finding the right blend of musicians/personnel for this project, but you will agree it was well worth all the hard work.
Apart from writing and singing many of the bands greatest hits, Christine McVie was also the keyboardist with Fleetwood Mac. Andrew takes on the role of Christine's keyboard parts. Andrew began playing the paino at the age of 7 and took exams in the Royal Irish Academy of Music to grade VIII and Senior Certificate. During his time in secondary school, he met with a number of fellow musicians and from here he began playing live with a number of bands. One such band, later on, was Hipplestreet whose song 'Inspector Rita' reached #27 in the Irish charts.
